Full Home Stage

This service is for anyone wishing to sell a property including Homeowners, Builders, Property Developers and Estate Agents. I will design, deliver, install and furnish your property with one of my stunning rental kits. I know that every property is unique and I always stage each accordingly; ensuring maximised selling potential. My goal is to create an impact to enhance your property’s value and reduce it’s time on the market. Let me help you achieve a quicker, more profitable sale.

The Process

Step 1: Consultation

Contact me to discuss your requirements. I can then assess, design and create your bespoke proposal based on your staging needs.

Step 2: Quote

Through the consultation process, I will create a quote. This can be arranged from floor plans, photographs or by visiting your property. Prices start at £2000 for a full stage.

Step 3. Design and Install

Once a date has been agreed I will deliver and furnish your property.

My goal is to create stylish staging and design that creates an emotional connection that buyers can’t ignore. Buyers decide in the first 7-10 seconds whether or not they will buy a property so I ensure that your property is designed and styled to be viewed in the best possible light.

Full removal of the kit is included in every package.

If you still live in your house…

I can help you to stage your home while you are still living there, helping you to decide which items to keep or store away. I can also provide additional items, staging your home to give it a stylish, show home feel to attract buyers. I work with you within your budget, therefore I can help in a variety of ways from a Zoom call consultation, providing mood boards to a full declutter and staging service. As a mum in a busy house I know how time consuming a house reorganisation can be especially if you have to keep it viewing ready. To help I can give you easy instructions on how to set the house up before each viewing.

Decluttering and Organising

Most people have experienced how being in a clutter free, organised space makes them feel calmer, happier, more able to think clearly and less stressed. Letting go of things that you no longer want and making some simple changes to the storage solutions in your home can make a huge difference to your mental health. It’s also amazing how much time you can save in your day when you know where your things are and you don’t have to spend time looking for them! I will come and help you organise your home and give you practical tips and systems to you help maintain it. I do this quickly, sensitively with no judgement and provide the motivation to put order in your space. I do my very best to make this a fun, enjoyable experience.

Serviced Accomodation

A beautiful interior will attract more clients and bookings to your Serviced Accomodation or Air B&B. I offer a full bespoke design, buy and installation service to create a stylish, comfortable and practical home away from home that your guests will love and leave amazing reviews! I will work with your budget and aim the design at your target guests. Having owned Serviced Accomodation myself I know how much the interior matters and how it influences the reviews.

If you are established but looking to refresh and update your property then I can help there too with design, new soft furnishings and furniture. Sometimes it really doesn’t take much to refresh a space and I cater to all budgets.

Consultation

If you need some guidance on the look of your property I offer consulatations. As they are bespoke they could be advice on a full or partial stage, helping you with a space in your house that you are not utilising to it’s full potential or full design projects. I can provide mood boards, shopping lists and design ideas to create beauty and function in your home or commercial property.
