Home Staging is the art of styling and furnishing your property to make it more apealing to potential buyers from when they first see the property online to when they view the space in person. It’s a fact that staged properties sell faster and for more money than unstaged properties. We stage properties to create an emotional connection with the viewer and help them envision themselves living there. We stage both fully empty, partially empty and homes that are still fully occupied.

Yes. Staging doesn’t have to cost a fortune and even a small investment will save you money in the long run. The investent in staging will be cheaper than your first price drop and can increase the initial valuation so your asking price can be higher than in an unstaged property. Staged properties sell 73% faster than unstaged therefore you can sell your house in weeks rather than months.
